TOMCAT FALL 2026 SWEEPSTAKES 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. 

1. PROMOTION PERIOD 

The “Your Next Unforgettable Night Is on Us” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins September 15, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends October 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”). 

Purchase entries must be associated with eligible transactions completed during the Promotion Period. 

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no earlier than September 15, 2026, and no later than October 15, 2026, and received by October 20, 2026. 

The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. 

2. ELIGIBILITY 

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry. 

Employees, officers, and directors of TOMCAT USA, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and any other organizations involved in the development or administration of the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate. 

Members of the immediate families and households of those individuals are also not eligible. For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family” includes spouses, parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside. 

For purchases made on behalf of a business or organization, the eligible entrant is the individual purchaser or customer contact associated with the qualifying transaction, subject to that individual’s employer policies regarding participation in promotions and acceptance of prizes. 

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding to the extent permitted by law. 

3. HOW TO ENTER 

There are two methods of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. 

Purchase entries and alternate-method entries will be included in the same random drawing and will receive equal consideration. 

A. ENTRY WITH PURCHASE 

During the Promotion Period, an eligible individual will automatically receive one (1) entry for every full $100 of the Net Eligible Purchase Amount in a qualifying transaction completed directly with TOMCAT USA, Inc., whether placed online through the A4I E-Shop or through a TOMCAT sales representative. 

Examples include: 

• A Net Eligible Purchase Amount of $100 through $199.99 earns one (1) entry. 

• A Net Eligible Purchase Amount of $200 through $299.99 earns two (2) entries. 

• A Net Eligible Purchase Amount of $300 through $399.99 earns three (3) entries. 

Partial amounts below the next $100 threshold will not earn an additional entry and will not carry forward or be combined with another transaction. 

For purposes of these Official Rules, “Net Eligible Purchase Amount” means the final merchandise subtotal for eligible TOMCAT products after discounts and promotional credits and before taxes, shipping, handling, installation, labor, service charges, and other fees. 

All TOMCAT products purchased directly from TOMCAT USA, Inc.—whether through a TOMCAT sales representative or the A4I E-Shop—qualify unless otherwise stated. 

Only completed, legitimate transactions made during the Promotion Period are eligible. Quotes, unpaid orders, canceled transactions, fraudulent transactions, and fully refunded or returned transactions are not eligible. 

If an eligible transaction is partially returned or refunded, the Sponsor may recalculate the number of entries based on the remaining Net Eligible Purchase Amount. Any entries exceeding the recalculated amount may be voided. 

For purchases made on behalf of a business or organization, entries will be credited to the eligible individual purchaser or customer contact identified in connection with the qualifying transaction. 

The Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, or outdated purchaser or customer-contact information associated with a qualifying transaction. 

B. ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY 

To enter without making a purchase, an eligible participant must legibly hand-print the following information on a plain piece of paper: 

• First and last name 

• Complete street address 

• City, state, and ZIP code 

• Email address 

• Telephone number 

• Date of birth 

• The words “Your Next Unforgettable Night Is on Us Sweepstakes” 

Place the completed entry request in a separate, hand-addressed envelope bearing sufficient postage and the participant’s return address and mail it to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no earlier than September 15, 2026, and no later than October 15, 2026, and received by October 20, 2026. 

Each eligible mail-in request that complies with these Official Rules will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. 

Limit one (1) mail-in entry request per outer mailing envelope. Each mail-in entry request must be mailed separately. 

Multiple entry requests contained in the same envelope, mechanically reproduced requests, photocopied requests, metered-mail entries, incomplete requests, illegible requests, and entries submitted by third parties, entry services, bots, scripts, macros, or automated means will be void. 

There is no purchase requirement and no overall entry limit, provided each entry is obtained in accordance with one of the permitted entry methods. An eligible individual may enter using either or both methods. 

All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. 

4. PRIZE 

One (1) winner will receive: 

Two (2) tickets to an eligible live event of the winner’s choice, with a maximum total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $1,000 USD. 

Eligible events may include concerts, professional or collegiate sporting events, theatrical performances, or other live entertainment, subject to ticket availability and Sponsor approval. 

The winner may select an eligible event and tickets having a combined value of up to $1,000. If the selected tickets have a total value of less than $1,000, the winner will not receive the difference in cash, credit, or other compensation. 

The Sponsor does not guarantee the availability of any particular artist, performer, team, event, venue, date, seating location, or ticket type. 

Unless expressly stated otherwise, transportation, lodging, parking, meals, merchandise, insurance, taxes, and any other expenses associated with attending the selected event are not included. 

The winner is solely responsible for complying with all rules, policies, age restrictions, identification requirements, health and safety requirements, and other conditions established by the selected venue, event organizer, ticket issuer, or other applicable third party. 

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No prize substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. 

Tickets may be provided electronically and may be subject to terms and conditions established by the ticket issuer. 

Maximum ARV of all prizes: $1,000 USD. 

5. WINNER SELECTION, ANNOUNCEMENT, AND ODDS 

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received through both permitted methods of entry. 

The random drawing is anticipated to occur on or about October 21, 2026, after the deadline for receipt of eligible mail-in entries. 

The potential winner will be contacted privately and must be verified before being publicly announced. 

The verified winner is scheduled to be publicly announced on October 26, 2026. The Sponsor reserves the right to delay the public announcement if additional time is required to verify eligibility or secure acceptance of the prize. 

Purchase entries and alternate-method entries will be included in the same drawing and will receive equal consideration. 

The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. 

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION 

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number associated with the winning entry. 

The potential winner must respond within two (2) business days of the Sponsor’s first notification attempt. 

The Sponsor may require the potential winner to provide proof of identity and eligibility and to execute and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release, Publicity Release where permitted by law, and any other documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and administer the Sweepstakes. 

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, fails to provide requested documentation, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or is unable to accept the prize because of an applicable employer policy, the potential winner may be disqualified. 

If a potential winner is disqualified, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner at random from the remaining eligible entries. 

The winner may be publicly announced only after eligibility has been verified, all requested documentation has been completed, and the prize has been accepted. 

7. BUSINESS AND EMPLOYER POLICIES 

Individuals entering in connection with purchases made for or on behalf of an employer, customer, business, government entity, educational institution, nonprofit organization, or other organization are responsible for determining whether their participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance of the prize comply with their organization’s policies and applicable laws. 

The Sponsor reserves the right to require confirmation that an entrant is permitted to participate in the Sweepstakes and accept the prize. 

If an employer or organization prohibits an individual from accepting the prize, that individual may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected. 

8. TAXES 

Any federal, state, local, or other taxes associated with the acceptance or use of the prize are solely the responsibility of the winner. 

The winner may be required to provide information or documentation necessary for tax-reporting purposes. 

9. PUBLICITY 

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, and statements regarding the Sweepstakes for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval. 

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS 

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who: 

• Tampers with or attempts to interfere with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes; 

• Attempts to obtain entries through fraudulent, deceptive, automated, or unauthorized means; 

• Submits false, incomplete, or misleading information; 

• Violates these Official Rules; or 

• Acts in a disruptive, abusive, threatening, or unsportsmanlike manner. 

The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify, extend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, natural disasters, public-health emergencies, unauthorized intervention, events beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, or other circumstances materially impair the integrity, security, fairness, or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. 

If the Sweepstakes is canceled or terminated before the stated end date, the Sponsor may select the winner at random from among the eligible entries received before the action giving rise to the cancellation or termination, if doing so is fair, feasible, and permitted by law. 

The Sponsor’s decisions regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes, eligibility of entries, selection of the winner, and interpretation of these Official Rules will be final and binding to the extent permitted by law. 

In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and any advertisement, promotional material, email, social media post, sales communication, or other statement concerning the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules will control. 

11. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

By participating, entrants agree, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from or related to: 

• Participation in the Sweepstakes; 

• Submission, receipt, loss, or use of an entry; 

• Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize; 

• Attendance at or travel associated with the selected event; 

• Cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, or modification of the selected event; or 

• Any printing, typographical, administrative, human, technical, or other error associated with the Sweepstakes. 

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, delayed, misdirected, postage-due, or illegible mail-in entries. 

The Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information; technical, communications, network, hardware, software, internet, telephone, or other failures; interrupted or unavailable systems; unauthorized human intervention; or circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control. 

Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded. 

12. PRIVACY 

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used for administration of the promotion, verification of eligibility, winner notification, prize fulfillment, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, and compliance with applicable laws. 

Participation in the Sweepstakes does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications where separate consent is required by applicable law. 

Information may be shared with service providers and other third parties only as reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, fulfill the prize, comply with legal obligations, or protect the rights and interests of the Sponsor. 

13. WINNER INFORMATION AND SPONSOR 

After the winner has been verified, individuals may request the winner’s name by sending a written request and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
