Standing for Big Frame Truss, this roof design is true to it's name as it features 26" x 36" - 66 x 91,4 cm cross-stage truss, 26" x 43" - 66 x 109 cm end truss and folding 26" - 66 cm triangle truss as the up-stage/down-stage part of the grid. The system utilizes 16" x 16" - 40 x 40 cm towers. The general dimensions of the BFT are 60' x 40' - 18,29 m x 12,19 m, not including the optional PA wings that are shown here.

The maximum uniformly distributed load capacity for the BFT is 60,000 pounds - 27,215 kg. Like most TOMCAT roof systems, the BFT can, and has been customized to a variety of other dimensions to fit a customer's specific needs. The system is depicted here without the guy wires required for outdoor installations.
